    • Yes. For artwork up to $2000, you may select the Afterpay option during Checkout, which allows you to pay in four installments. For artwork over $2000, please email jennifer@whatsgoodproject.com. We can design a custom monthly plan for you, and the artwork will be shipped once the final payment has been received.

  • I need to make a return or exchange. What do I do?

    • It can be downright scary buying art online. I get it! It’s so important for a piece to be the right fit for your home. With that in mind, I offer a 100% refund up to 30 days after I ship the painting or print to your door. I’ll cover your return shipping costs, so it’s no risk to you. If you decide that the artwork is not a good fit for you, please email Jennifer@whatsgoodproject.com before you ship the artwork so we know to expect it and to receive refund instructions.

GENERAL FAQS

  • Do I need to frame my What’s Good Project painting?

    • Great question! No, it’s not necessary. Each piece arrives already wired and ready to hang. My genius husband Aaron Swanson carefully creates each panel with high-quality wood, mounting a smooth plywood surface onto a sturdy, mitred wooden frame that provides depth and support to the painting. The sides of the panels are sanded for smoothness. Some folks do prefer a visible frame, and you can absolutely do that too. We do not provide visible frames.

  • How do you decide what nonprofit organizations to donate proceeds to?

    • These organizations are chosen by the folks that I interview in each community. Twenty percent of profits from artwork sales go to these organizations each year.

  • How do I find out about upcoming events and new artwork releases?

    • The best way is to sign up for the What’s Good Project newsletter.

  • Do you have a physical location?

    • Yes!! I’m located at 312 1/2 Main Street in lovely downtown Ames, Iowa. Visits by appointment only. Email jennifer@whatsgoodproject.com to schedule an appointment. Please use Appointment in the subject line.

  • Do you offer local pick-up?

    • Yes! Please select this option when checking out. And (you know the drill) email jennifer@whatsgoodproject.com to schedule a pick-up time. Please use Local Pick-up in the subject line.
